The production and harvesting of apitoxin and apilarnil is limited; they are seasonal products.
There are also high and low seasons for collecting materials, this is due to weather conditions and biological factors in the development of bees.
Finished products are quickly sold out and are used mainly for further processing and production of other finished products.
Therefore, in order to plan for large orders and ensure delivery on time, it is necessary to pre-order and place a waitlist. During the harvest season, quotas are usually already exhausted.

To organize the supply of apilarnil in quantities greater than 5 kg or apitoxin in quantities greater than 500 g, the following is required:
1) The supply agreement must be concluded at the beginning of the year (recommended from December to February) ; the Waiting List is created at the beginning of the current year, 4-5 months before the start of the raw material harvesting season.
The seller reserves the right to supply the buyer with 30% less products than stipulated in the contract if the upcoming season is low and the harvest of materials is extremely low.
When you pre-order, you can receive a pleasant discount from the manufacturer.
2) Pure apitoxin is classified as a pharmaceutical product; contracts for the supply of apitoxin can only be concluded with legal entities.
3) Upon conclusion of the Agreement, the Buyer pays the Seller from 5% to 10% of the Agreement value as an advance payment.
4) Full settlement is made 1-2 days before product shipment (CIP) or when the batch is ready for pickup (EXW). Delivery of batch (or delivery of part of the batch) is typically made during the harvest season or at the end of the season.
The Seller may independently deliver large quantities of products to the Buyer by road transport within Europe, subject to the agreement with the Seller on customs clearance procedures under import mode (DAP, DPU).
